If it were some African American accused of commiting some murder he may or may have not done, I'm sure in your mind (s)he'd be guilty as sin. I'm going to take that luxury and assume that Delay is as guilty as the scum-sucking pig he is.

No one believes DeLay is innocent LOL. Besides, that's a legal distinction and certainly one that has no bearing on public opinion.
