Shanghai? Yes, I have been watching that bubble for years -- and I have been watching what a concerted effort it has taken to hose it down. No surprise there. What is your take on the condo market in Shanghai? I like the ones down by the river, but I would not want one out in outer Pudong -- although the Taiwanese like them (all 700,000 of them). Do you know how big Shanghai is? The "cooling" of Shanghai and markets like it could easily shave a full point off of national GDP growth -- wow, it would take them almost down out of double digit growth :)
