Good question... Aren't the indian tribes exempt from McCain-Feingold "campaign finance reform"? Does anyone know the answer??? Also, are all, or some, of the tribes exempt from taxes??? All taxes? Federal, State, Local taxes or just some? Do we (US) continue to pay Subsidies to the tribes? If they don't pay taxes on the money from the casinos, then we shouldn't continue subsidies, IMO. Also, does anyone know how much the tribes donated to the political parties and all individual campaigns last year? Or at least, how to find out?
