good for you! Let's trade ideas ! FWIW, here's mine repeated, hoping it stimulates talk on the thread.

The stock continues on an uptrend. In a recent posting, I likened holding a slug of warrants to momo trading. That's a great strategy while the stock is rising, but what happens when the chart turns ?

When the chart turns, I plan to short stock sufficient to reduce the total delta to what is was at the start. It will remain a bullish position, just as it was at the start. Indeed, it remains a momo bullish position just as it was at the start. To eliminate unwanted shorts buy stock and sell an equivalent-delta of warrants. No loss involved other than commissions, (and theta, and maybe spread).

Practical ? or just fun ? We'll see.
