Appreciate your opinion, Tim. Vermont never fails to just amaze me re: the people they pick for public office. I love VT to visit; in fact, have long time old roots there on both sides of our families. But really, some of the folks who came to VT in the late 1700's after the Rev War, must be rolling in their graves to see some of the decisions that are made today. This latest is just one of them. Very sad. MOST especially for the young girl, who must somehow live with the effects of this abuse for the rest of her life. Wonder how much the Judge took her life into consideration when he made his "judgement?"
