This may seem like a side-show to DeLay (from the point-of-view of his political career) when compared to the Abramoff issues....

(PS - the House has already moved on, and DeLay has signaled his acceptance of the actions of his fellow House Republicans in dumping him as leader.)

Seems to me he OUGHT to be entitled to a speedy trial if they dont want to through out the charge. Isnt that what our Constitution is supposed to guarantee? jdn
