Jeff are you guessing that the O/S has increased from 2.3B on 11/21 to 3.5B on 01/09???????? A 1,200M share increase???? Pretty wild guess. What is the basis? Certainly not the total volume since 11/21/05... rrm

Looks like I missed the big pump and dump. Any guess on the outstanding? I'm sure it's in excess of 3.5B by now. What do you think? Well I am not sure because of course we have no way to find out from the company or the TA they won't tell us? They don't file any SEC papers? They mislead and put out False statements in the PRS? The only thing I can do is go by previous history which puts the monthly average increase at somewhere around 125 million new shares a month? Of course this last pump and dump we saw nearly a billion shares trade in the last 6 trading days for no apparent reason? The CMF is negative so this would indicate that the count is going up much faster that one would think? My guess is somewhere between 2.5 and 3,000,000,000 shares. Again since PLNI is unwilling to share this information with shares holders so I am left to draw my own conclusions: very disturbing coming from a company claiming to be retiring and buying back shares!!! David
