Dems never got a dime from Abramoff, so they can't give anything back. You are refering to an Indian tribe. That same tribe has been giving money to democrats for many years. The contribution to Dorgan had nothing to do with Abramoff. Native Americans traditionally give more to democrats. It's neither illegal nor unethical to accept political contributions from Indian tribes -

Unless -- it's part of Abramoff's bribery operation which is already proven to have demanded quid pro quo legislative favors from GOP rightwing congressmen and senators in exchgange for the specific donations which he instructed tribes to make. Those bribes were all made to GOP congressmen, not a single democrat. And no democrat cooperated with Abramoff's schemes.
