Where the heck are the PARENTS of the little girl if HE isn't the parent? Why aren't they going to jail alongside him for sheer negligence?

Nonsense. I am a progressive or liberal. And in this case, if the guilt is proved beyond reasonable doubt and there is overwhelming DNA and other physical and circumstantial evidence to establish the guilt of the criminal, making it virtually an open-and-shut case, I will go as far as demanding the death penalty for the criminal.
