Nice chart. I think $SOX is very easy to interpret as multiple "threes" - on your chart, it is ABC-X-ABC, with "X" ending at the October low. I don't have any problem - so far - thinking along similar lines about NDX and SPX. My dilemma is that there are strong I-T arguments to be made right now for both the bearish and bullish sides. Will step lightly for now.

An impulsive looking move on SPX down from here to under 1245 - especially if followed by a bounce accompanied by a lot of optimism - would be likely to signify the end of the Bull market. Otoh, if we get a sidewise chop, with bears getting all excited - I'd look at the long side.
