When did they ever agree?
Before they agree to anything I wish they could agree whether they talk billings or bookings - the market does not care about billings (the market looks for bookings) but the "experts" continue to provide us with billings forecast (sorry Mr. Research but I can look at snowpack and figure out of how much water it will produce down the road - dear Mr. Research please tell me how much snow we can expect going forward ).
But they continue to forecast billings.
I can see bookings increase leading to positive billings (5% or so) in 2006 but considering B2B was in the .92 range over the last 10 months or so one would need an extremely high level of bookings in order to obtain a 12% increase in billings

Capital spending is expected to be up 12 percent in 2006, Feldhan said.
