First and not really important, I think if you counted the posts (and I won't bother) you would find about the same number from lefties and righties. So I don't think this thread is "far left leaning". "Good can come from Iraq"? "Good" can come from a train wreck, I suppose. I would guess an 80%+ chance that a multi-generation war will result from our meddling in the Iraq. 1000's have already been maimed or killed, and 1000's more will probably follow. That's reality. Your Democracy and real freedom "flowering" is a pipe dream; a fantasy. John
