I am in southern Africa. And the Federation of American Scientists has been a partisan anti-government platform going back to the 1970's. I found their perspectives on nuclear weapons more interesting and relevant than what they claim about the NSA. The odds they have access to more than fragments and shreds of real information in that area are minimal. And I know they will spin their conclusions to the most anti-government level possible. That's what they do (and always have done) as an organization, no matter which party is in the White House. Doesn't count as a reliable source for me.
