So, your proposing that in response to the Chinese cutting back on buying our debt, we impose an embargo on Chinese goods? Our debt is a product (about the ONLY thing we produce here now), we can't MAKE people buy it!

We'd have NOTHING in our own stores! Wal-Mart would go out of business! American consumers would be VERY unhappy.
