You posted the message by Mike where he mentioned a few conservative CEFs, including MGU. At that time discount was about 15%. I think expense ratio is 1.3% (have to check).

I called them, and the number they gave me (1.44%) is a bit higher than 1.38%.

Modest leverage, as far as I can tell.
