In Florida. Yes I am in second and expect to never recover it all and look at anything I get as a bonus. Net, net ended up getting perhaps $10k less than if had a realtor with a cash buyer and all the extra costs paid by me. Here I hold $50k paper instead of $10k cash. Knowing Florida is the deadbeat capital of the country I find everything going on around me quite amusing these days. When will the music stop?
