IMO President Loser is awash with mental problems. His mental state is like Sharon's physical state: poor. The state of his soul: nonexistent. President Loser is a sociopath who doesn't care one whit about anyone who has been hurt or killed under his watch. He was DELIGHTED, DELIGHTED by 911. After all he smoked cigarettes with Prince Bandar Bush on the Truman Balcony surveying the vast opportunities for making money because of 911. What kind of a human being would be DELIGHTED about sending others to war in order to be reelected to office? That's not a human being, that's a sociopathic creature masquerading as a human being.
