Women obviously prefer brains to physique. Which is what they say too. Clothes defintely maketh man [and more importantly, conceal his hideous physique].

There is no Flynn Effect in physique that I can see.

The average bonobo chimp has a better physique than the average bloke at the pub, and can swing through trees better too. But the average bloke is a LOT smarter than the average bonobo. So we can see where the selection pressure was. Especially after the industrial revolution when machines replaced men's muscles.

With the cyberspace revolution replacing their brains, there could be another major paradigm shift happen, with brains of goo and muscles of lard. I don't believe that process is happening yet, though many people say so.
