I'm all for it. The way to stop it is to start requiring employers to determine the status of employees, and putting those that don't in jail. It shouldn't be too hard for the government to set up a way for an employer to find out what person a SS number was assigned to, whether they are still alive and whether they are already working somewhere else.

Perhaps then the employer should HIRE the person even if they are illegal, and be able to call INS or the local police to pick them up.

At the present time, the employers are paying no price at all. The illegals bear the entire blame, and this is wrong. It's as if we were arresting drug users, and making no attempt whatsoever to catch drug dealers.
