Alito's trying to sound like a liberal. Ed Gillespie helped Enron lie to the public for years and now he's crafting Alito's words.

I don't believe Alito. I don't trust him. He's qualified all right, but he's just as radical as Bork and deserves to be filibustered. Will it happen? I don't know, but it's going to be close. DEms may not have enough votes to stop him, which could come back to haunt our country.

Notice in his testimony he's changing all his past positions on everything. That's the proof he's not telling the truth. I am particularly concerned about his position that the president can be above the law. Of course now he's changing his tune to try and get approved.

Still, sometimes these rightwing judges get on the SC and turn into level-headed moderates, so maybe it's not the endof the world either way.
