The same question that I asked you for Bush and you asked for Chavez. Uh.. I think you're a bit confused (no surprise there).. Recall that this thread of discussion related to Chavez and his non-democratic policies and intimidation in Venezuela. YOU'RE the one who digressed and brought up GWB, which was IRRELEVANT to the topic at hand. So after you answer the question I posed to about Chavez, I'll indulge with a response to your off-topic question regarding my opinion of whether Bush has created less democracy in the US.
