I sent you a note on this with my first pass at the numbers, but I omitted the fact that the $272 million contribution is over a five-year period. Nevertheless, the estimates that they used for copper and gold prices are extremely conservative, so I think we are looking at $10/share upside (or $4-$5/share if their price estimates turn out to be accurate).
