FISA is a US court. The idiotic standard you propose (that foreign intelligence monitoring outside the US requires FISA court warrants) would have required the Defense Dept to get warrants to listen in on Osama's phone calls to his troops during the Afghanistan invasion. I post here that Defeatocrats can't be trusted on national security issues. In case any think that is an exaggeration, you have just proved my point in spades. PS, Did you know we broke the Japanese codes during WWII and monitored their military communications and guess what - we did it without a court issued warrant. Guess we need to apologize and tell them to take back all the islands they had conquered early in the war.
