OK, the price is about the same. But how big is the Gateway and how much does it weigh? And when you configure it, be sure to add that &79 dollar "Intellimover" software package that's supposed to help you transfer your stuff from your old PC. Of course it won't be as quick or seamless as the Mac's built-in Migration Assistant, but you'll definitely want to have it.

OK, just checked. The smaller of the two Duo notebooks is 1.3" and 6.3 pounds. Not terrible. Not like the MacBook, but not terrible.
