But I am expecting Big Ben to have to continue apace with interest rate increases, contrary to their suggestion that maybe they are nearing the end of rises. The mere hint sent everyone into speculative orgy. So I expect stocks to take a hit. Though not an implosive one unless the housing boogey man and huge debt levels get on the rampage. I will watch that space. A rapid escape could still be necessary some day. Escape to, um, to, well, somewhere... Mqurice
