Hi Dave,

I'm afraid I haven't followed this that closely to give my own specific opinion. Dilution by pink sheeters doesn't surprise me. I also am opposed to much that goes on under the cover of darkness, whether it is dilution or scammy MM's, hedge funds, or CEO's who lie. However, that wasn't the point of my post.

I was more impressed or actually perplexed by the absolute surety by which a poster claimed that there was about 50% dilution in the past month. Yet, the stock has been recovering nicely if you look at the action during that time. If one listened to this poster, he would have missed a very nice trading opportunity.

Someone who traded the stock could take advantage of these moves irrespective of the issues that seem to mesmerize message boards. For long termers, I was interested in the seeming dichotomy between what was posted and the reality of the price move during the last month.

My own opinion is that someone who posts that a stock is "going to the moon tomorrow" is just as bad as someone who says "it's a scam, 50% dilution the past month," when seemingly both have no factual basis upon which to make these claims. I tend to ignore both but I was wondering if perhaps there was a factual basis to the claim of dilution over the past month. From the response, it seems that there was none.
