You can't quit as a New Years resolution, or because it's bad for you or because your wife says to. You can't quit until you are mentally at a point that you must quit. Trying before your mentally at that point is just torturing yourself and why do that to yourself IMO.

Its only been 7 days....I haven't quit yet! I'll know IF and when I'm out of the woods - I'm not there yet.
