No joke! :-))

Apparently the tram at Jackson Hole, which has the largest cummulative vertical rise of any lift in North America, will no longer be operational after this season. I've never been to Jackson Hole, and so I figure I owe it to myself to go check it out. In addition, a favorite band of mine from Minneapolis (The Big Wu) is playing at the 'Mangy Moose' in Teton Village on Saturday, the 28th. I plan to attend. I'm hoping they have room for me at the local hostel.

I'm going to skip the Wu performance in Fort Collins the following night. They will then be at 'Sherpa & Yeti's' in Breck on the 30th, where I hope to rejoin them.

[That Perfect 10 pass is a good value, but one of the catches is that you must use up at least one day prior to February 1st. Since Breckenridge is within the Vail property umbrella, and since there's also some good music to be had, I figure the above plan works out nicely.]
