Yes, it's that darn options question. I'll ask the question I've been asking for a couple years now. When will management at Cisco wise up and realize that options giveaways to employees is depressing the stock price? When will they realize that employees don't give a shit about options any more because the big returns in them aren't there like they used to be in the 90's for companies as large as Cisco?

what's really interesting about it is that his great leadership still lags $400 Billion from it's peak value. What's wrong with that evaluation?
