I don't have too much of a problem with physical qualifications for jobs (esp. when they are actually related to the performance of the job). I also don't have an issue with restaurants changing their menu (except the personal one that I wouldn't like them removing items that I like), but I do have a problem with lawsuits forcing or pressuring them to do so. Basically the more government is involved in forcing the issue the more I have a problem with the effort. Don't forget, it was only about 40 years ago that they first required warning labels on tobacco products! It's only a matter of time before being overweight will rank right next to lighting a cigarette in church. I'm not sure it will ever go quite that far. There is no such thing as second hand fat... Tim
