Haq. This aint bills thread. I wouldnt joke about nuking. Upwind, downwind means litte with the weaponry now available. If we are to use these terrible weapons, we must be absolutley serious and be absolutely right about our threat assessemnt--unlike what turned out in iraq regardless of what Unclewest says.
