I don't think it went through, but NJ was trying to pass a law where you couldn't smoke in your own car. Ga HAS a law that prohibits smoking in your own car if there is a child in it. Makes no sense because if you crack the window it gets sucked out like through an exhaust fan. These laws aren't meant to be fair - they're meant to lure the largest bloc of voters...in this case, the anti-smoking crowd.
