Well there is such a thing as the exchanges requesting explanation for unusual price movements. I mean, if there is no fundamental reason then no big deal. Or maybe a letter writer gave them a write up somewhere. Now, if there is a fundamental reason and the leak came from the company then their behaviour might be actionable. However, the leak might come from the other side of a deal and may not be coming from the company who's share price is increasing. So the real question is; is there a material change affecting the company that could explain the price increase? Has that information been given out contrary to disclosure regulations? Now the problem with all this is, when have you last seen the TSE VENTURE EXCHANGE pursue a leakage????? Not too likely. It is a absolute shame but there is little hope for purity. You are better off to understand that there is a game afoot in this investment world and it is particularly pervasive and pernicious in the jr exploration business. Know it, and add it into the criteria for your buys and sells.

One could go insane hoping for the integrity we deserve and wish for!!!

Not helpful, I know.

Cheers,
Ogi

"I do wonder if this morning's seller was somebody spooked by recent chatter about Peru's upcoming election and the "political risk" issue"

No I still have 5000 shares as I'm a sucker for punishment

"But, please, nobody buy, hold, or sell on my opinion"

Is it OK if I go to the River Rock tonight on your opinion?
