I have long been of the opinion that the rules a country applies to its nationals we should apply to theirs. For example, in Mexico, if you want to start a business, you have to have a Mexican partner who has at least 51% ownership. The same should apply to Mecicans starting a business here- -there must have an American partner with majority ownership. Also a US citizen desiring Mexican citizenship has to live in Mexico for 5 years without working. The same should applay to their citizens.
