Mike, Wilder, An offer we made on a house in Yakima has been accepted. There will be a house warming, probably in May. I understand that it's two hours away. But there will be good wine and beer, maybe even a hot tub. Therefore your attendance is mandatory. There's four bedrooms, which should obviate a baby sitter or a hotel should you folks need to stay over. That includes anytime you're passing through. Least I can do for Mike, especially. Cheers, Tuck
