Perhaps. But the reason for the filing is to put you, me and everyone else on notice that he can sell without further notification.

When you see this document, if someone says, "It doesn't mean he's selling", they're just pumping. You, as a shareholder, are being given fair warning, and that's all you get.

It is pretty stupid to ignore it, if it matters to you.

It is reasonable to assume that Stern is going to dump these shares.

Merrill's Mancini has been a Sirius pumper from the outset, in spite of her inability to justify her position other than to utter the words "Howard Stern". She's merely trying to keep from looking like a damned fool for having a $9 target on a $3 stock.
