Unfortunately I have to make my money investing and not selling newsletters or trying to be the next Tice or Fleck. I bet none of the doom and gloomers every made money investing in anything. Stagflation gets into the system due to higher costs across the board and doing basic business in your community. We all know it started from too much monetary and credit stimulus earlier this decade. Do you have any idea how much real costs for real things you need have gone up in three years? Forget about overcapacity of plants in China that send us computer chips, cellphones and sweatpants. It is a small part of the average persons total household expenses. Look at the insurance, RE taxes, building costs per foot, costs to transport goods, costs for education and health care. I'd be broke following the cash is king and debt cleansing is the end all game..
