Ok- so you aren't using the evidence for a crime. You're going to just listen in and then kill them? You're going to spy on them forever, until you "find" something? You're going to grab them and torture them, until they tell you what you want? OR, your just going to find you're just spying on an innocent person- and you will say "Too bad- made a mistake there- but no harm no foul, since we're not using this for a crime." So, let's see. How do I think this applies? Well, silly me, I was assuming you were going to precede legally- if you're planning on assassinating people in this country, I really can't say how it is relevant. But I'm not for assassinating people, generally, and I'm also against violating people's rights even if the matter isn't going to court- so I support harsh penalties for violations.
