I don't view SIRI as in competition with XM.

SIRI will stand or fall on its own just as XM will do the same.

Yes, the discussion has always focused on a comparison-----however I think that focus is misplaced. The focus should be on each company and their growth and potential. We are imo too early in the cycle with Satellite Radio generally to assess the profits or lack of profits. It is still in its early stages.

And, yes think Esoteric is right on the options------the options that are in the money for January carry the risk of the call writer loosing the stock.

Looking further out for SIRI is a different question-----------more and more call prices keep getting added for SIRI at ever increasing higher prices. I consider the appearance of these higher call prices bullish for the stock long term.

have a good day

Give me a break. Anyone who listened to your pitiful posts about how SIRI was over valued, particularly compared to XMSR would have lost out on huge opportunities, either in the buy and hold or trading category.

I suppose you're hoping that you get "broken watch syndrome" and are finally right for perhaps the first time on this board.

The bottom line in this extremely risky industry is that if you are going to take the risk, why go with XMSR, dead in the water, as opposed to SIRI which continues to offer potential of big gains along with the huge risk that both companies have.
