"You don't understand......the jamming of phone banks was absolutely necessary to get the Republican candidate elected. That makes it legal." That appears to be the case. Their attorney is trying to get the case throw out because the Democrats are using the court system to interfere with the GOP's constitutionally protected election activities. Which just goes to show you exactly how dependent the GOP is on dirty tricks. Apparently it is the only way they know how to run an election...
