The key is doing it over the long term with little downside risk. Stocks are tough on both sides. What do they say the market can stay insane longer than you or I can stay solvent. RE or any business you control that generates real cash flow and equity is much better and keeps you sane into your old age. It's gotta be about time for the LEND plunge. Finally I get to benefit from the dark side<g>
