The law demands that states mine multiple databases to check the accuracy of documents submitted by license applicants.

All the big contracts for that could be a real windfall for the likes of Oracle and SAS. Too bad SAS isn't publicly traded.
Maybe for KEA too. Keane is a lousy company imho but they could make a bundle both outsourcing or handling the dba work as a contractor.
