Gross negligence by Bush on this issue despite him parroting Kerry during last year's debates and promising to do more about it. Kerry is a top expert on nuclear proliferation and securing loose nuclear materials. Bush-Cheney are tools of the nuclear industry. Also notice Bush's phony cornpone accent he puts on every time he speaks in the deep south. What a phony.
