Yes, having driven the Army and the Marines into the ground, Dumbya has no option but to use the Air Force or missiles for an attack on Iran. The objective is not so much to take out the nuclear installations as to prevent the opening of the oil bourse, so Dumbya's hope (not his hope per se, of course, since he barely knows what is going on) is to create just enough mayhem in Iran to prevent other countries from jumping on the Iranian oil exchange and begin trading in euros.

But creating mayhem in Iran could very well mean rubbing the Iraqi Shiites the wrong way. And if Dumbya sells out the Kurds, that means the whole of Iraq will be against the occupation.

In the end, it is our exhausted troops in Iraq that will get screwed. But then that is of no concern to Dumbya. Never has been. Never will be.
