Yeah, per Charlie, a few OEMs (presumably Sun & HP at least) have already had it demoed privately, and they'll do a public demo at CeBIT. I don't think it is really a big technical challenge-- it will be more about yields at 90nm with a large die. Power should be fine, too, as they can do 2.2GHz Dual core @ 55W now, with DDR-1 IMC. So, 2.2GHz Quad core @ 100W w/DDR-2 IMC should be in the bag, just a question of how hard it is to yield them. (But whatever yields are, shouldn't prevent a demo, if they want a demo)
