Upon international consensus they'll back down i doubt it very much we will see them with nukes while eu others do nothing. maybe something token to look like they are doing something but it will not be enough to stop iran with nukes. all you have are states and Israel that are willing to go in and bomb those sites. bush is not going to do it on his own without pressure from security counsel and high approval from congress. too much lost in wmd thinking over Iraq.
