Cheney would have to resign first, probably while under investigation for some felony or other. No one wants him to replace Bush. It would have to be a Nixon-Agnew scenario. And Bush-Cheney are much more guilty than those two. Also, congress would have to be either taken by democrats or at least a tie. Some moderate Repubs might vote to impeach Bush, but that can't be counted upon. Which means, get involved in the November congresional races and let's get rid of the corrupt Bush-Delay type congressmen. Delay and his Abramoff crony pals afterall have been Bush's #1 protection against impeach thus far.
