Pete, that's exactly why I said " - 2nd memory controller " as an adjustment to my estimates.

But of course, the crossbar is probably a bit larger, who knows about the DDR2 memory controller. Then the wildcards like L3, and a new process (SiGe) that might allow for smaller L2 cell size.

Still, good job using the single vs. dc die sizes to compute the actual numbers.
