Does it strike you as a deal born of desperation? Namely to raise enuf cash to save them from having to dilute the shares?

It seems to me possible that they have lost confidence that drilling will ever reveal that Trebol has sufficient gold at depth.

Doc: I sold 2/3 on the news. I always prefer multiple 100% plays
given sufficient funds to avoid dilution in the foreseeable future. I can only guess that they are cultivating a European following and prepared to pay the price of 50% for that and to have someone else pay all costs while they operate the play. Still have 1 mil in the treasury. John Carden did say that it was his belief that they should develop a suite of properties and the one person on the board that wanted to only have the lead property in play has lost that argument. Any comments on the alteration and activity revealed by the drill program on El Trebol?

Cheers,
Ogi
