Amy, I would bet a lot of money you are not informed on many of the ways the laws work against women.

Meanwhile, here at Intel, there is a $2,000 bonus for referring a new hire, $6,000 is that new hire meets a "diversity" requirement. "Diversity" means if the new hire is a woman, black, Hispanic, or Native American.

As a result, we're hiring a lot of Asian women these days. Go figure.
